Dining at Cru Uncorked During COVID-19


We look forward to welcoming you back beginning this Friday, May 15. As expected, we will strictly observe the State of Ohio’s recommendations for operating during this time.

These recommendations bring new practices to Cru Uncorked. To ensure we're taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of our valued guests and staff, please consider the following FAQs in preparation for your visit:

  1. Will there be valet parking?

    Yes! Our valet provider has safety protocols in place to ensure we can continue to offer this service. As always, it is optional. Guests should feel free to self-park.

  2. Do I have to wear a mask?

    Yes, please! We ask guests to wear masks in all common areas. While seated at your table, masks are not required.

  3. Is the lounge open?

    Our bar will reopen on Thursday, May 21 with limited capacity along with our other dining rooms.

  4. Will the staff be wearing gloves and masks?

    Without question! We will be using gloves and masks as a minimum while serving.

  5. Should I make a reservation?

    Please. Reservations ensure that we have availability for you and can prepare appropriately. As with many other businesses, our capacity has decreased overall to maintain an appropriate distance between tables.

One final note: please practice social distancing when you are entering Cru Uncorked. This may occasionally result in a short wait outside the front door, but we have brought on additional personnel to speed up this process.
