2 ways to enjoy the concert at Cru:

Choice 1 (Dinner and a Show)

 

Enjoy dinner and a show by making a 5:00 reservation with the following 2 course quick service menu (includes a ticket)

First: 

BABY SPINACH SALAD

mission fig, walnut Roquefort scone, burnt honey gel, raspberry vinaigrette

 

or

 

STRIPED BASS CRUDO

virgin tomato coulis, basil, lavender oil,tomatoes, herbs de provence,focaccia tuile

 

Second:

FAROE ISLAND SALMON

quinoa tabbouleh, lemon hummus, avocado, tomato,cru greens, lemon vinaigrette

 

or

 

HANGAR STEAK

bone marrow, chimichurri, arugula, charred focaccia

 

$95 per guest independent of tax and gratuity

 

Choice 2 (A show before dining)

 

Make a reservation after 7:30, feel free to enjoy the show and a $45 ticket will be added to your bill at the end of the dining experience.  Please make sure to indicate your interest in attending the concert, seats will be reserved.
