With homage to Iron Chef series, our sommelier team battles each other in pairing contests voted on by the guests! Wines are served blind; each guest may cast 1 vote per round to help determine whose pairings reign supreme!
Chris is the defending champion and will defend his crown from Anthony and Janine’s best efforts. Including a battle with the staff, and introducing our first battle against artificial intelligence, this year is loaded with action.
Who wins? Definitely the guests who choose to join us as we pour through the best of the cellar.
