Welcome to the victory dinner for this year's champion. The champion selects the wines for the night, no voting needed. Your selected champion celebrating with the most decadent of the Sommelier Slam dinners.
Each dinner features 4-5 courses and 6-10 wines based on the chef's inspiration and the number of sommeliers in competition. With homage to Iron Chef series, our sommelier team battles each other in pairing contests voted on by the guests. Wines are served blind; each guest may cast 1 vote per round to help determine whose pairings reign supreme!
