One of the foremost biodynamic and organic champions, the wines from the great estates of Gerard Bertrand are featured at Cru Uncorked. We will take you through several courses of Chef Sam's cuisine along with some of the top estates from this top flight producer.
Srdan Kulenovic joins us and will demystify the world of biodynamics and organic production through top flight wines. We will feature the Clos du Temble, Villa Soleilla, Clos d'Ora and several other of their top wines. This will be a true delight for French wine lovers and Earth day celebrators!
