Anthony vs. Andrew
The newest of our sommelier team is first up. Andrew has achieved the Advanced Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and has quickly established himself as a top sommelier in the region.
We are all serving wines Anthony has selected. A sommelier with Cru for over 7 years, Anthony knows the list better than anyone as he built it. A clash of Cru titans!
Each dinner features 4-5 courses and 6-10 wines based on the chef's inspiration and the number of sommeliers in competition. With homage to Iron Chef series, our sommelier team battles each other in pairing contests voted on by the guests. Wines are served blind; each guest may cast 1 vote per round to help determine whose pairings reign supreme!
