The two highest scoring sommeliers for the year in one on one competition. Scores from the year are thrown out, it's one night for all the marbles. Which sommelier will reign supreme?
Each dinner features 4-5 courses and 6-10 wines based on the chef's inspiration and the number of sommeliers in competition. With homage to Iron Chef series, our sommelier team battles each other in pairing contests voted on by the guests. Wines are served blind; each guest may cast 1 vote per round to help determine whose pairings reign supreme!
