We've all heard all about it, the pros and the cons, but the Sommeliers are stepping up again to best artificial intelligence with wine soaked experience.

Each dinner features 4-5 courses and 6-10 wines based on the chef's inspiration and the number of sommeliers in competition. With homage to Iron Chef series, our sommelier team battles each other in pairing contests voted on by the guests. Wines are served blind; each guest may cast 1 vote per round to help determine whose pairings reign supreme!
