Sommeliers vs. Staff, Bastille Edition!
The staff has been strong in this category, Sommeliers avenging the previous year's loss with a 1 point victory last year. This year, will the staff take back the title or will the Sommeliers go back to back? Pouring, tasting, serving and other skills on display. Will your favorite server show the sommeliers how it's done? A festive night awaits.
Each dinner features 4-5 courses and 6-10 wines based on the chef's inspiration and the number of sommeliers in competition. With homage to Iron Chef series, our sommelier team battles each other in pairing contests voted on by the guests. Wines are served blind; each guest may cast 1 vote per round to help determine whose pairings reign supreme!
